The World Human Rights Council is a principal wing of the HEAD Trust, dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights, justice, and social equality. The organization was founded by Mr. Battini Madhav with a strong vision to uphold human dignity and advocate for the rights of all individuals
The leadership of the council is headed by Mrs. Gows Parvin Bhanu, who serves as the National President, and Mr. Devarakonda Satish, the National General Secretary, guiding the organization with commitment and integrity. The main office is located in New Delhi, ensuring a national presence, while the organization actively operates with Hyderabad, Telangana, as its main headquarters, coordinating initiatives and programs across regions.
